Child and Uninvolved Style Parenting - a Tragic Combination for UpbringingIn the contemporary world it is extremely hard to up the child to have a nice personality, a broad outlook, an agile mind and a kind heart. It is a challenge even for the parents who are utterly concerned with the future of their children. This task is nearly impossible for the parents who have chosen to adhere to the uninvolved parenting style. The success of the upbringing process based on the combination of the child and uninvolved style is questionable.
However, not all the parents realize the importance of their participation in the life of their offspring. Certain neglectful parents prefer to rely on the combination of the child and uninvolved style, which doesn't involve any effort on their part. It is understood that uninvolved parenting style is not at all beneficial for the child; on the contrary, it places his happiness and future in jeopardy.
Child and uninvolved style scheme implies the little one having no clearly set standards of behavior, so he might easily become confused about social priorities and values. That is why it is a frequent occurrence that uninvolved parenting style results in most poorly in all domains children. This fact can be easily accounted for. The children, who are deprived of the parental care and attention, have no one by their side that could discover and develop the talents that any child is sure to possess.
Thus the interaction of the child and uninvolved style is utterly detrimental to the child's personality. In the case of the uninvolved parenting style, parents are low in responsiveness as well being over-demanding and thus they absolutely fail to perform their upbringing function.
No strict rules or regulations are set for the child to follow and thus there is no harsh and punitive discipline. It may seem perfect environment for the child, but the major rule of the uninvolved parenting style, which is almost unrestricted freedom of the child, can result in the wrecked life of the little one. Neglectful parents doom their children to the constant lack of attention. This is not at all beneficial for the child in the long run, even though the child may enjoy his unrestricted freedom.
One might argue that uninvolved parenting style allows the child to become independent and mature. But the practice shows that the combination of the child and uninvolved style breeds most poorly in all domains children. Uninvolved parents are not likely to bring up their children to be decent representatives of the human race.
The uninvolved parents leave it up to their children to determine their own conduct patterns. It is therefore a personal choice of the child whether to follow the traditional rules, or set their own. So in this case one can only hope that the overly independent children choose to adhere to the traditional human values and stick to the path of righteousness.
It is possible that children, who were brought up by neglectful parents join the criminal world in order to prove that they can actually be good at something. And when the uninvolved parents actually decide to take control of their children's life, it might be too late.
